Default A new direction.

This software is junk, and I don't want to deal anymore with vbulletin. And I'm not having much luck finding a way to be able this site over to a new program.

Here is what I am doing.

I am going to leave this current site locked down to the current membership. Basically, no new members.

And then open a fresh site with the new software on the same domain. Use this as a bit of an arkive. But leave it open to current membership.

The new site would be open to new membership, although you would have to sign up again, sorry.

If you have a great or favorite thread over here, you can continue it, or start it again on the new site with a link back to the original.

Anyway, with the damage done here by photo bucket, well, any other site, any other group of people, I would have just deleted it all and started over.

I have a lot going right now, but, I think I can get this going by Spring.

Not to be negative but I think the site has lost a lot of the old following. I check in daily for the last few month to get a Portal Error and after close to 5 or 6 months I was going to delete the link as I thought it was lost.

I checked one day and it was back but over time it now appears all the old info and pictures are gone.

I have sent a few people here that didn't have any luck signing up in the past.

Just getter done and hopefully we can rebuild the community.....There still has to be a few of us old timers left showing off how great these old boats can be.

Hi Guys,
I have also had trouble logging in. For months I thought it was done and dusted.
Glad to know you're still up and running. If you change to a new site/server I'll come straight over!!
