Grizzly, looking at the thumbnail pic of the interior it looks like you have an 18Ft SS or Low Pro Jet and if that is the case the 2 small jump seats on either side of the motor would be correct for that boat.

Hi Karsten,
That is one nice looking boat. Got a real 60's Mustang feel. Seats are great.
Props are interesting too. What pitch/travel are they on the 150Hp?
The dash is different to mine. My one is recessed back like the passenger side.
I didn't realise that the transom seats (jump seats) weren't standard, but I'm glad to know its a real one and not one of the many copies. I had no idea there was so many versions till now.
In Aust mines licenced to seat the 6 due to the hull length. That must be why they were able to change it. It's as I got structurally... but has new carpet, paint & seats. I made the ski pole 20 years ago. Also the old windscreen cracked so I made a new one from fibreglass as I heard that the ones you can buy have broken on the first run out on the water!!
My wife loves your Sidewinder she would like to buy a red mustang and tow it with that!! A "Perfect" day out!!

Grizzly,

For Props I started out with a SS 4 Blade 20P which made a huge difference over the alloy 3 blade 17P. Now I have a MI Wheel 4 Blade 22P that I didn't get to play with much last year. The other prop is a MI Wheel 23P Ballistic.

As for the rear seats......I looked closer at your pic and figured it could have been a 18 ft SS or low pro deck jet.....and those would have had the rear seats.

Tell your wife I would sell my red boat for around $15,000 and she might not like it so much but believe it or not with the motor and all that is what I have in it.

Karsten
