She's really pretty... How does she run with the 90?
I'm getting excited to see how mine will run with the 150HO.

hey thanks! I LOVE the 90. the torque across the entire rpm range is crazy! seriously the only boat I've ever had that will pin you to your seat at any time... tops out with 2 people at around 44mph gps. also doesn't even think about moving an overloaded boat with 6 people around just as quick. I could most likely prop up and get more top end but I have no desire to, its plenty fast enough for me.

It also uses NO gas at lower rpms. however when you get on it and hang out at wot for a few it does tend to drink pretty fast.

im sure you will be impressed with your engine. ive been a Yamaha guy my whole life and this thing continuously blows me away. my dad just bought a new Yamaha and they things a dog and surprising loud...even my wife who doesn't car about outboards at all says its the best thing about the boat!

I flipped the boat tonight, built a jig in the back that put an eye at the center of gravity. I had my dad over to help and he was able to flip the boat with one hand, couldn't be easier!

This post should be made a sticky in the fiberglass and paint section! The jig is pure genius and have been scratching my head on how to get a center pivot for my 2 boats without having to drill extra holes. Nice work!

I just scrolled through your thread and I have to say, your boat turned out outstanding! I admire your dedication as well. It's really cool to see an old boat brought back to life to be enjoyed again.
